Pho is a a Vietnamese noodle soup with different toppings like rare steak, well done briskets, tendons, meat ball, veggies and herbs. Depending on your tastes, you can spice it up or step down a bit is really up to you. Some will dressed their Pho up with chicken, or seafood. Either way, a proper bowl will tastes good if you cook it right.
Akaushi is loosely translated as "red cattle". Redbo is also means "red cattle".
Wagyu is loosely translated as "Japanese beef" from a specific region.
At Pho Akaushi, our Redbo team takes 18 hours to complete a bowl of Pho. First, we simmered our bones for more than 12 hours. We remove the bones after that leaving only the broth. We then simmer our ginger/onion and herbs for 3 hours. And we cook our briskets for 3+ hours. Then we will have a complete bowl of Pho for our guests to enjoy.
Redbo means "red cattle". It's a word that is easier for our Vietnamese patrons to remember. So we adopted it and we have registered trademark it.
We put nothing but love into our bowl. From the time we start with cooking the Wagyu bones to serving it. We always make sure it is the best bowl possible for our guests to enjoy. Wagyu beef is the only type of meat with oleic acid. The fat is like olive oil.
Pho origin is from North Vietnam.
